The minimum rental period is 6 months.

If you wish to arrange a viewing of the premises, you will be asked to provide the following information in advance:
- Copy of your employment contract: CDI or apprenticeship/internship
- Last 3 pay slips (if the contract has already begun - ok if it hasn't)
- Valid passport and/or CIN (work permit - if applicable)

Fulfill the following condition:
- gross monthly salary must be 2 times the monthly rent

Other conditions to be met before the key handover:
- Security deposit of 2 months (excluding charges)
- Payment of the first month's rent including charges
