Rentals are subject to landlord approval.

The minimum rental period is 6 months.

If you wish to arrange a visit to the premises, you will be asked to provide the following information in advance:
- Copy of your employment contract: permanent contract or alternation/internship
- Last 3 payslips (if the contract has already started - ok if not)
- Valid passport and/or ID card (work permit - if applicable)

Fulfill the following condition:
- gross monthly salary must be 2 times the monthly rent

Other conditions to be met before handing over the keys:
- Security deposit of 2 months (excluding charges)
- Payment of the first month's rent including charges
- Agency fees: 50% of one month's rent excluding charges + applicable VAT
