To stay in shape, you will find a small gym. And after the effort, a sauna to eliminate your toxins and rest! It is completely furnished and equipped. Of course wifi is available in the whole house. Convenient and flexible, for stays of less than 6 months please contact us. 1.250€ + 180 charges ( charges include gas, electricity, water, internet, TV, using of the fitness and the sauna, cleaning of communal areas ) All common areas are cleaned weekly by our team. Please take into account that an inventory of entry must be made before renting a property. The Civil Code made it mandatory in September 2018, in all regions of Belgium. You have to pay the expert at the time of entry (+-120€) For rentals of less than 6 months, the price is increased by 40% for rentals of 1 or 2 months.
