Tout est bien géré! Propriétaires agréables, n'habitant pas sur place mais super disponibles pour quoi que ce soit. Le montant des loyers vont varier en fonction de la durée. Toutes les charges (nettoyage des communs, consommations, taxes de ville, état des lieux, internet, etc)= 45 euros/mois mais sont à payer en une fois à l'arrivée dans les lieux. Il n'y a rien à ajouter d'autre. Tout est inclus.
