Every detail has been carefully finished, making Casa Familiar perfect not only for holidays but also for permanent residence. **Architecture** At the start of the renovation, there was a clear vision: Casa Familiar must become a modern, contemporary villa. The steep staircase was replaced by a spacious driveway, and the hillside was leveled to create play space for children and parking spots. The first designs were quickly ready, and various adjustments were made during the construction process to optimally utilize the villa and the location. The result is an open and bright house, where one can enjoy the breathtaking view from every room. The bedrooms are equipped with spacious French balconies, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Every living and sleeping area has a view of the Mediterranean Sea. **Layout** From the veranda, one enters the house at the front through the hallway between the living room and the kitchen. The veranda also provides access (via the staircase next to the front door) to the rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace features a fixed bar, where one can enjoy the view and a drink in the evenings. The open kitchen is accessible from the living room. The kitchen has a door to the rear terrace. Through the hallway that connects the living room and kitchen with the bedrooms and bathrooms, the utility room is also accessible, containing a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a second fridge/freezer combination. The countertop and cooking island in the kitchen are made by DEKTON. A champagne-colored sink with a matching faucet is integrated into the cooking island.
