This coastal town is home to the largest archaeological site in Europe, the archaeological park of Selinunte. Around 2500 years ago, the Greeks settled here and built a large city and temple complex.The small town of Selinunte used to be visited by holidaymakers only in July and August, but in recent years the season has become much longer, with tourists flocking here as early as April and staying until November.The apartment I am describing here was completed around 20 years ago along with 42 other houses, each of which has four apartments. This apartment is located in the lowest row and therefore right on the edge of the complex, you can reach the direct path to the fine sandy beach through a gate just 20 meters away. This vacation complex is organized in such a way that the administration maintains the green areas and the streets and together with the garbage fee and the water the monthly charge amounts to 70 €.According to the land registry extract, this apartment is 60 m² in size, but the living area is approximately 55 m² and the terrace has the same floor area.
