Appartamento Anya - MongerbinoAlthough just a twenty minute drive from the centre of Palermo, Appartamento Anya couldn't be less of a city property. Close enough to the sea that you can hear it's soundtrack from the huge sunny balcony, it's a family-sized flat that makes the perfect base from which to explore the sea, city and countryside.Great Location Moments from the Water's EdgeThe condominium in which Anya is found is built on a promontory, the little bulb of land directly underneath the park of Monte Catalfano. This means that the water is just 150m away on three sides, while on the fourth is the dramatic cliff face of the little mountain.Right around the corner is the famous 'Arco Azzurro', a rock arch that extends over the sea which will be immediately recognisable to an entire generation of Italians, thanks to its role as backdrop to a famous advert for the Baci Perugina chocolate brand. Elsewhere along the headland, the rocky coast is filled with charming rocky coves and beautiful sandy bays. And with the bright lights of Palermo clearly visible across the Gulf, you know you're never far from the action of Sicily's biggest city.Spacious Three-bedroom InteriorThe roomy apartment is divided into three double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen-diner and a bathroom, plus a storeroom and a couple of little hallways. In total there is more than a hundred square metres of living space. The nicest spot of all is perhaps outside the apartment, as the 25 metre-long balcony wraps around the western sides of the building. Perfect for enjoying the region's famous sunsets. And with more than enough space for a table and chairs out there you can even take the opportunity to eat al fresco in the comfort of your own home.Potential for Leasing as a Holiday HomeThe great seaside location and six-person sleeping capacity mean that any time you're not able to make the most of your new place in the sun, it won't be hard to find someone who will. Thanks to the close collaboration we have with our sister company, vacation leasing agency Solemar Sicilia, we can even manage the property for you in your absence. Appartement te koop - Bagheria (Italië)
Appartamenti Martina amp; Silvia - BagheriaAppartamento Martina and Appartamento Silva are twin apartments on the top floor of a modern condominium on the outskirts of Bagheria. Each is offered for sale separately. The vendor is also offering a loft space with extra bathroom above the pair, with an asking price of €30,000. They will consider offers for buying two or all three of the units together.100m2, Three Bedrooms and Two BathroomsBoth apartments have the same floor plan, with a large living room-diner the main space, opening onto a huge 15m2 balcony. To one side is the spacious kitchen, and to the other is a little corridor leading to the three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer balcony access. One, like the kitchen, has French windows onto the main balcony, shared with the living room. The master bedroom has a smaller, private balcony facing north, with (in the case of both apartments) a sea view, looking north towards Monte Catalfano and the coast of Mongerbino. A Personal ChoiceThe main difference between the pair is that while Martina's long balcony looks west, Silva's faces east. Martina has a view of the green stretch of land between Bagheria and Aspra, and also takes in the Gulf of Palermo and the mountains which ring the city on the horizon. Silvia's, on the other hand, is a city view which enjoys some direct sunshine in the mornings.Neither apartment is fitted or furnished, save for the bathrooms. Martina has gas-powered radiators, whose recently installed boiler is currently fed from cylinders. It would be preferable to request a connection to the gas main in the future. Silvia on the other hand has a pair of air conditioning units, which circulate both hot and cold air.Connected to the City and the SeaAlthough Bagheria has a storied past, growing up primarily around a cluster of stunning eighteenth and nineteenth century villas that served as summer escapes for the gentry of Palermo, these days it is in large part a commuter town, and as such the transport connections are well above average for Sicily. Buses, trains and a motorway will all take you into the centre of Palermo in twenty minutes. The station is a walkable 15 minutes from the apartment. So too is the town centre, while the beaches of Aspra, Porticello, Mongerbino and the rest of the scenic Capo Zafferano peninsula are all just a short drive or cycle away. For a full description of the properties please visit our website Meer weten?
