It is a country house which was probably used by the owners as a weekend or summer home. The plot is approximately 1300 m² in size and the house faces north-east. The view from the terrace sweeps over rolling hills and the sea can be seen 4 km away; the Caccamo reservoir in front of it is partially obscured by some trees.The propertyAccess to the house is via a provincial road and the last few meters to the house are a private road with right of passage. The entire plot is fenced and flat, so you can create both a driveway with parking and a swimming pool if you wish.The cell phone reception here is good, the house is of course supplied with electricity and the water supply is provided by a private supplier, so there will never be a shortage of water.The house is spread over two floors, with each floor having approximately 43 m² of living space. On the first floor is the living area with living room and kitchenette as well as a bathroom. A comfortable staircase leads to the upper floor, where two bedrooms and the bathroom branch off from a hallway.The view from the upper balcony is extremely beautiful.
