"BRIDGE RENTAL") It is hereby announced that the business complex of Vmech Srl consists of the following assets and legal relationships, such as resulting on the effective date of the transfer of the business complex: i. Industrial real estate complex and appurtenant land located in Vignola (MO), via Trinità n. 1; ii. Machinery, plant and equipment owned or leased iii. Inventories of finished products, semi-finished products and raw materials, iv. Commercial contracts with customers and suppliers; v. Employment contracts; vi. Collaboration Agreements. All debts and credits accrued before are excluded from the company perimeter and will remain with Vmech of the effectiveness of the transfer of the business complex. The expression of interest must necessarily contain: 1) the indication of the personal details of the bidder, legal person: the name, the registered office tax code, VAT number, personal details of the legal representative, email address certified electronic data, the telephone number, updated Chamber of Commerce certificate, copy of the document of identity of the person who signed the expression of interest on behalf of the company and, if it is a person other than the legal representative, a copy of the deed from which the relevant Powers.
