Huurprijs vanaf €1450 per maand. De studio heeft een oppervlakte van 35 vierkante meter. Wanneer u binnenkomt treft u als eerste het slaapgedeelte, het boxspring bed heeft een afmeting van 160 cm breed en 200 cm lang en is voorzien van twee hoofdkussens en een donsdeken. Tegenover het bed hangt de TV met links een comfortabele fauteuil en rechts een ruime kledingkast. Aansluitend aan de kledingkast is de keuken, welke bestaat uit een koelkast met vriesvak, een 2-pits keramische kookplaat, een vaatwasser, een combioven, een Nespresso koffiemachine, een waterkoker, en een uitgebreid assortiment aan tafel- en kookgerei. Tegenover de keuken vindt u de eettafel met twee stoelen. De ruime badkamer wordt gescheiden van de keuken en het eet gedeelte door een schuifdeur en bestaat uit een grote regendouche, een wastafel met spiegel en een toilet.
