Other Things to Note: This property is offered under a minimum 91-day occupancy agreement. The 7-night setting reflects (hidden) search parameters only. A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. This is just a precautionary measure to ensure that you have sufficient funds in case of any unforeseen damages during your stay. Please don't worry, as this won't be an actual charge on your card but rather a pre-authorization. We'll send you a payment link with all the necessary information to make the deposit 2 days prior to your stay. If your stay is less than 2 days away, we'll send it to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges. Security deposit: A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due before check-in. It is refunded in full up to 15 working days after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in good condition, all keys are handed back and no amounts remain outstanding. Any deductions for damage, missing items or unpaid charges will be itemised and explained in writing.
