A modern residential concept in the heart of Lubbeek:
Residence Martinus perfectly reflects the essence of contemporary living. It is a place where young and old live together in a modern and vibrant setting, right in the centre of Lubbeek, yet surrounded by greenery.
Each of the 29 apartments features one or two bedrooms and a spacious terrace. High-performance insulation is combined with a geothermal heat pump, solar panels, underfloor heating and floor cooling. Together, these technologies result in an energy performance level below E20.
In partnership with service provider Paloma Vlaanderen, Martinus offers an affordable care package. For a basic fee of just €3.50 per day, you can enjoy the independence of your own apartment while benefiting from the presence of a concierge 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The advantages of an assisted-living apartment at Martinus are numerous: grocery deliveries, an in-house bar where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, and group discounts on energy, multimedia services, insurance and even the purchase of an electric bicycle.
Purchasing an assisted-living apartment also offers significant tax benefits. You pay only 12% VAT instead of the standard 21% VAT applicable to most newly built properties. Naturally, you also benefit from all the advantages of an energy-efficient apartment, including low energy bills and a lifelong 50% reduction in property tax.
Not in need of care? You are still more than welcome at Residence Martinus. The continuous presence of a concierge offers many practical benefits. Would you prefer to spend the winter months enjoying the sunshine in Spain? The concierge can easily keep an eye on your apartment while you are away. Thanks to the flexibility of the care package, you can even arrange for your apartment to be cleaned during your absence.
Lubbeek offers welcoming terraces, charming shops and so much more. Living at Residence Martinus means living within walking distance of the supermarket, bakery, banks, pharmacies, post office, cafés and restaurants. Your apartment is easily accessible by bicycle, car and bus. Leuven is just a 12-minute bus ride away.
