A unique location in Andalusia

Around the lake you will find small beaches, peaceful coves and natural swimming areas where, during the summer, you can enjoy swimming, kayaking and fishing. One of the special features of the area is the natural thermal springs of Baños de Zújar, where you can even bathe during the winter while enjoying views across the lake.

The surrounding countryside is popular with nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and anyone looking for authentic and unspoilt Andalusia, far away from mass tourism. Thanks to the dry climate and open landscapes, the area is also popular with photographers, birdwatchers and those seeking peace and quiet.

The surrounding area offers thermal springs, walking routes, mountain-bike trails, small lakeside beaches and plenty of opportunities for kayaking, fishing and enjoying nature.
