Self check-in via lockbox means you can arrive on your own schedule. Wi-Fi is included throughout. This apartment is situated in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood that's a short walk from cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets. The beach and the area's well-known shopping streets are easily reachable on foot, and public transport connections make it straightforward to get around. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 9 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. Check-in is possible from 5 PM on the first day of the rental period, and check-out is by 10 AM on the last day. Guests must truthfully complete an online pre-check-in form prior to arrival. Guests must treat the accommodation with respect and report any damage or issues immediately. When leaving, all windows and doors must be closed and locked. Guests must be mindful of neighbors and maintain peace and quiet at all times. Organizing parties or festivities is not allowed. The minimum age of guests is 26 years, unless otherwise agreed in writing, and each younger guest must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Fire extinguishers, hoses, and ladders may only be used in case of emergency. It is forbidden to manipulate smoke detectors. The accommodation may be equipped with equipment monitoring the exterior, including noise levels, temperature, movement, and images. Guests must not interrupt, switch off, or remove such equipment. At the end of the rental period, the accommodation must be tidied up, broom clean, and left in the condition it was found upon arrival. Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation, and must follow check-out instructions. Guests undertake to comply with local laws and regulations. The identification details of all guests must be communicated during pre-check-in, and the total number of guests may never exceed the maximum number stated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pets are not allowed. Smoking and/or using e-cigarettes is forbidden in the accommodation, communal areas, and the entire residence. Possessing, using, and/or dealing drugs is prohibited at all times. Guests are required to keep the accommodation clean at all times and to sort their waste. Hiding or dumping waste is strictly prohibited. It is prohibited to pour dirty water, grease, food waste, etc., down the drains. Keys and access badges must not be given to strangers, left unattended, or duplicated. Guests must not make excessive use of utilities, including water, electricity, and heating. It is prohibited to use the accommodation for professional and/or commercial purposes. Spaces, cupboards, and items marked 'private' are not intended for guests. It is forbidden to change the layout of the accommodation, move furniture, make changes to technical installations, add or change locks, set up tents or other structures, affix or install items in the accommodation, and/or damage the accommodation. Guests shall always use ancillary facilities in accordance with the instructions of the owner. If guests violate these house rules, additional fees may be charged, and the rental agreement may be terminated.
