De zolder is met een vaste trap bereikbaar via één van de slaapkamers en voorzien van een vinylvloer en baksteen wanden. Het dak werd niet voorzien van isolatie. Via de keuken is de kelder toegankelijk, deze kelder was droog ten tijde van het plaatsbezoek, evenwel roesten de I-liggers van tongewelven door en zijn deze aan een behandeling toe. Achteraan de woning bevindt zich een omheind terras dewelke bereikbaar is via de keuken. Het terras geeft toegang tot een buitentoilet, voorzien van plafond met planchetten, een betegelde vloer en wanden. Tevens geeft het terras toegang tot een atelier en berging. Evenwel staat deze berging niet meer op het perceel. Raamwerken zijn vervaardigd in hout en aluminium met dubbel glas, allen voorzien van rolluiken.
