Casa Lapi - GratteriLost in the atmospheric cobbled streets of the ancient hilltop village of Gratteri, Casa Lapi is a rough gem that is available for an incredible price. This could also be a bedroom if you prefer to wake up with the sunlight. The balcony overlooks the nearby streets but also gives you a view of the surrounding mountains and hillsides.Gratteri stands at 650m above sea level, midway into the great range of the Madonie Natural Park, whose tallest peaks are at 2000m. It is even possible to ski towards these altitudes, in the island's short winter months. The Mediaeval town grew up in the eleventh century around a castle whose ruins are still evident today. With a hilltop position it commands incredible panoramic views of the green hills and sparkling turquoise sea just seven kilometres to the north. Plot Galia - MontallegroDescriptionThe Galia property near Montallegro is very close to the Torre Salsa beach and is located in the nature reserve of the same name. The access is initially perfect on an asphalt road, which becomes a gravel road after approx. 1 km. It is only a little steeper shortly before the rustico. The plot is rectangular and measures approximately 480m x 40m. There is a rustico of 53 square meters on the plot. The owners had already commissioned an architect who had developed and presented a corresponding project. The project was stopped because the owner unfortunately passed away.SurroundingsThere is a water and electricity connection nearby. Access is possible via a dirt road.OpportunitiesA small paradise could be created here. We are thinking of a kind of tiny house; you can build a nice country house with a covered terrace and possibly a pool for little money, even if it is only a short walk to the sandy beach.
