This very large coast with its crystal clear, cool and quite deep waters, combined with the coarse sand, the pebbles and the shade created by the numerous eucalyptus trees, turn the beach into a unique summer retreat. The 163 sq.m. are harmoniously developed on the ground floor, first and second floor. On the ground floor, you will find an open plan area with a living room and a small kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Through the interior staircase we go up to the first floor and you will find the main living room with the large fireplace, the kitchen and the spacious veranda with sea views. The internal staircase leads to the second and top floor where we can find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large balcony that also has views of the Argolic Gulf.
