In Portes beach of the picturesque Paralio Astros and just 70 meters from the beach, a detached house in an unfinished state is for sale on a plot of 1.055,58 sq.m. This very large coast with its crystal clear, cool and quite deep waters, combined with the coarse sand, the pebbles and the shade created by the numerous eucalyptus trees, turn the beach into a unique summer retreat. The 163 sq.m. are harmoniously developed on the ground floor, first and second floor. On the ground floor, you will find an open plan area with a living room and a small kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Through the interior staircase we go up to the first floor and you will find the main living room with the large fireplace, the kitchen and the spacious veranda with sea views. The internal staircase leads to the second and top floor where we can find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large balcony that also has views of the Argolic Gulf. This lovely property is located in a complex of 3 detached houses where each one has its own independent courtyard. A great advantage is the fact that it has been built in an area that is protected and included in the Natura 2000 network and any other reconstruction is now prohibited. This unfinished maisonette, in an absolutely natural and quiet part of the Arcadian Riviera, in the picturesque coastal village of Astros, is waiting for its buyer to impress him with the view, the quietness, the natural beauty and the endless sandy beach, which is almost next to the house.
