The ‘Am Hof’ residence is a new high-end residential complex in the centre of Amel, characterised by sustainability and efficiency in line with the PEB A+/A energy standard. The facilities include an environmentally friendly ground-source heat pump with a deep geothermal borehole for the underfloor heating. A communal photovoltaic system, high-quality double glazing and a ventilation system that extracts heat from the exhaust air and transfers it to the incoming outside air optimise energy efficiency. These factors guarantee a pleasant indoor climate and low energy costs in the long term.
Flats are available in various sizes ranging from 56 m² to 158 m² and offer one to three bedrooms. All flats have terraces or balconies. Two ground-floor flats also have green terraces.
The underground car park with an electric gate has 12 parking spaces, as well as private cellars, utility rooms and a communal waste storage area. A modern lift and barrier-free access ensure comfort for people of all ages.
Sustainable building materials form the basis of this project.
The functional quality of life within the spaces is guaranteed by proven soundproofing and excellent thermal insulation of the building envelope. The fittings for the flats can be freely selected within a budget without any additional cost. Interior doors, the flooring in the flats, as well as the tiles and sanitary ware in the bathroom can be chosen entirely according to your preferences. Even non-load-bearing walls can be adapted to your specifications.
The ‘Am Hof’ Residence Top 10
A small hallway leads to the spacious living, dining and kitchen area. Covering just under 36 m², this forms the heart of the flat. The bright, open-plan rooms, with access to the terrace of almost 29 m², create a warm and cosy atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen (without fitted units) allows for a modern living concept. From the hallway, you also reach the guest WC and the sleeping area with two large bedrooms (approx. 11 m² and 14 m²) and a modern en-suite bathroom (approx. 6 m²) situated between them, featuring a walk-in shower and washbasin. The second bedroom is also accessible from the living room. Adjacent to the hallway is a storage room (with a connection for the washing machine) and a toilet.
