Apartment for sale, Monterolo RBV99599

Flat to renovate with possibility of 2 bedrooms, on the ground floor in old quiet borgo with garden. The borgo consists of about 20 houses mainly used as holiday homes and dates back to around 1300. Due to its higher position at just under 500 metres above sea level, there are fantastic views of the green surrounding countryside. The borgo is located on a quiet tarmac road in a non-isolated location. All necessary amenities can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The Adriatic coast with its fantastic beaches is half an hour away.

The flat consists of six smaller rooms, including a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and storage room. In principle, the flat could be habitable, but it requires renovation with new kitchen and bathroom and other improvements.

There is room for at least a double flat with a larger storage room (partly with daylight) that could be set up and used as a studio, for example. All necessary connections (water, electricity, gas, sewage) are present or prepared. The house is registered as a dwelling in the land register.

The 82m2 shady garden with old almond tree adjoining the kitchen is in a quiet location and offers fantastic views with a distant view of the sea in fine weather.

All in all, an affordable place for peace-seekers in a pleasant, historic location.

The flat could possibly be purchased together with the upstairs flat that has been fully restored. The total property would then offer, besides 2 living kitchens, a complete and spacious home with 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, several storage rooms and a garden.
