This way, the vibrancy of bustling Kortrijk is extended to the business campus. The design starts from the premise of preserving the valuable front buildings, which together form the gateway and backbone of the redevelopment. The redevelopment aims to maintain the heritage character to the maximum extent without sacrificing functionality and sustainable space use.
