This exceptional parcel of land for sale in Aywaille presents a unique opportunity for those seeking a spacious plot in a peaceful setting. Covering approximately 5,162 square metres, this property is partly located within a building zone. In 2025, a surveyor’s plan was completed proposing the subdivision of the land into two building plots along with an additional agricultural parcel; however, this plan has yet to be submitted for approval by the Urban Planning Service. Situated in the tranquil village of Harzé, the site offers quiet surroundings on a low-traffic street, just ten minutes from the E25 motorway, combining rural charm with convenient access. Prospective buyers should note that water and electricity connections will need to be arranged by the new owner, as these utilities are not currently connected to the plot. The land is not subject to any flooding designation and comes with an “As-Built” certificate, ensuring compliance with construction documentation requirements. Additionally, a right of pre-emption applies to this property. The parcel is available immediately for purchase at a price of €145,000, subject to the seller’s acceptance. Located in the municipality of Aywaille, this site offers a rare chance to create a custom residence or investment property in an attractive natural environment.
