Residence for sale
05022 Amelia
Nice and fully restored country house at about 2 km from the town of Lugnano in Teverina, in southern Umbria. The house is quietly situated on a perfectly maintained piece of land of over 1.2 Ha, with a large olive grove, small vineyard, orchard and large vegetable garden, overlooking the surrounding rolling hills. The house itself has 3 basement rooms on the ground floor plus an independent apartment with, among others, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Via the external staircase you reach the apartment on the 1st floor, consisting of a living room, eat-in kitchen with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a large shed, used as stroeroom and garage, plus a small outbuilding with pizza oven and former pigsties. This last building needs to be restored. The ground floor apartment has many characteristic details, while the finishes of the upper floor apartment date back to the 70s. A lovely holiday home, but also very suitable for permanent residence, possibly with a small B & B in the apartment.
