Residence for sale
90016 Collesano
Tenute La Rocca - Collesano Three kilometres south of Collesano, in the Madonie Natural Park, Tenuta La Rocca is a large countryside estate with a house in need of renovation and a fully operational restaurant. An active restaurant with accommodation in the past, Tenuta La Rocca was a renowned countryside restaurant, with two dining rooms capable of hosting more than eighty guests in a single service. It enjoyed excellent business with both locals and tourists, especially during holidays and festive periods, when it offered set menus for large family groups. It held ratings above 4.5/5 on both Google and Tripadvisor. Everything needed to reopen the business is included in the asking price, including two fully equipped dining rooms, recently renovated bathrooms, and a fully functional 40 m² kitchen. Built around a large courtyard, the restaurant building also includes seven guest bedrooms, giving it enormous potential if properly marketed as a venue for weddings or other events. An investment will be required to renovate this accommodation structure and make it as attractive as it deserves to be, but if you are able to do so, you could have an exceptional and versatile venue at your disposal.
