This village house is located in the lovely medieval village of Vallebona, at just 5 minutes by car to the sea. The village of Vallebona is known for is little ‘ape’s’ that drive through the narrow streets. The house is at only a short distance from the parking place and it’s lovely ‘piazza’ with two (good!) restaurants. It offers two good sized ‘cellars’ with large windows, one of which could easily become a nice guest room with bathroom, on the lower level. Then through the external staircase you join the first level with features living room with open fire place, large eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, a great outside space, partly covered, with barbecue and pizza oven, small laundry and a faboulous sea view roof-terrace.
