If in the end you decide to buy it, a deposit contract is made with payment by bank transfer in Euros via the Bank of Spain, and 3 months later the sale of the house is signed before a Notary. We do not accept payment with cryptocurrencies or black money, we do not pay commissions, and you cannot meet with the owners before signing. We notify the Police of cases of scams or rip-deals.
