There is an equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. On Rue du Peuplier, the studio is located in the center of Brussels. You are surrounded by beautiful architecture, cinemas, and delicious restaurants. You can easily explore the city, having a metro stop a few minutes' walk away. What we liked the most -The lofted bedroom area give you a spacious common area. -The apartment is well-decorated and feels very cozy. -There is a dining table, arm chair, and built-in wardrobe. -The TV comes with satellite cable. Things to keep in mind -The washing machine and dryer are located in a shared laundry room. -The building does not have an elevator, and the apartment is on the 4th floor – so no need to pay for a gym membership! Other Things to Note: The building is protected by UNESCO and hence it maintains some of its original characteristics, such as steep windy stairs and wooden windows. Although we have updated the inside of the apartment to include all the modern features, the building facade has not been affected and hence there is some potential for noise (we do provide you with earplugs!) and some stairs to climb! We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied.
