Residence for sale, Aix-en-Provence VBE10154

In the heart of the highly sought-after Pinchinats district, in the Aix countryside, only about ten minutes from the city center, nestles this castle, which was completely renovated in 2022. The estate has 3 buildings: the main building, an outbuilding and a caretaker's house with garage, for a total surface area of more than 735 m². The castle is reached by a large alley lined with plane trees, typical of the great residences of Aix. As soon as you pass through the large wooden front door, the tone is set. We enter a large hall that gives access to the different spaces on the ground floor: a very beautiful dining room, 2 large living rooms in a row, a kitchen with pantry that gives access to the green patio and its pool, as well as a magnificent winter lounge opening directly onto the park. Outside, a terrace that is both sunny and shaded allows you to enjoy the sun of Provence. The upper floors are accessed by a majestic staircase which benefits from natural light thanks to its skylight. It leads to a 1st floor which offers 4 large suites with bathroom, including a master of nearly 45m2, then on the 2nd floor, there are 2 other large suites, one of which is more than 50m2. All bathed in light thanks to numerous openings on the ground floor as well as on the upper floors. Opposite the main building: the outbuilding with on the ground floor a gym, a laundry room and the living room of an independent duplex apartment. Upstairs, the bedroom with bathroom of the apartment and a huge office. Outside, you can also enjoy different landscaped areas: the patio and its pool, quiet and green, the terrace, the swimming pool and its solarium, partly shaded for the hottest days, the green and flowery park, a clay tennis court. The property sits in the middle of a vineyard of several hectares operated by a nearby wine estate. Space, light and refinement... Simply majestic.
