The main house (635m 2 ) of this property is already structurally restored, a grezzo , and also the former pigsty (40m 2 ) is builders finished. However some more volume could be added, up to 300m 2 extra, due to the number of outbuildings still registered in the land and buildings register. The main house is almost completely rebuild only a view old walls has been in cooperated in the new structure. It is a solidly well build house with lots of character; with wooden beams, arched and vaulted ceiling.
