The kitchen has no fitted cupboards and no equipment has been installed. There is also an adjacent storage area. Access from the kitchen to the living room that has a fireplace connection. The living room leads to the bedroom with an adjacent room that could be another bedroom or dressing room and a bathroom on the other side. The bedroom area has a door to the front terrace. The main house has an area of approx. 90 square meters. From the lower terrace with the main house, steps lead to the upper terrace with the guest house. It is a converted stable, whose charming quarry stone style has been preserved both inside and outside. It consists of a large bedroom with two windows, an eat-in kitchen, and a shower room. The flooring is also made up of Santa Catarina tiles. A hot water boiler is still missing and the toilet should be replaced. This approximately 35 square meter house would be ready to move into and would be ideal to live in the property during a renovation of the main house. The last 3.5 km of the way to the house are gravel roads, which can be used with a regular car in both summer and winter.
