The villa is located at the edge of a quiet village, in the center of the sunny volcanic island Fuerteventura. The accommodation is directly adjacent to a large volcanic nature park, is very quietly located and yet close (5 km) to a town with all the necessary amenities. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the volcanic crater there. The villa has a touristic (VV) license and is ideal for use as a bed and breakfast or holiday home. However, the accommodation can certainly also be used for other commercial purposes or as a large family home. You can move in and get started right away. This ensures optimal privacy for residents and guests. In the front garden, you will find a beautiful mature garden with palm trees, yuccas, various types of cacti (trees), agaves and fruit trees (mangoes, limes, avocados, papayas, bananas and a large olive tree). Invisible from the road/neighbours, there is a large terrace with a heated swimming pool (over 20 m2), facing south. Here you can enjoy the view and the abundant sunshine in complete privacy. The adjacent pergola provides the necessary shade. Furthermore, the water is heated by 2 solar boilers. All this means that energy costs are minimal for an accommodation of this size. 👍Thanks to a state-of-the-art, all the water in the accommodation is drinkable, very clean and “soft”, which means that equipment lasts much longer. 👍All exterior windows have been replaced with aluminium (no maintenance) and double glazing over the past 2 years. Most exterior windows also have roller shutters. 𝐅𝐮𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚 (𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬) Fuerteventura has over 3,000 hours of sunshine per year, making it one of the sunniest locations in Europe. The frequent winds ensure a pleasant climate, even in the summer months. It is the second largest island and has relatively few inhabitants, making it much quieter than Tenerife or Gran Canaria, for example. It is also known as a very safe place. The accommodation is very centrally located on the island: the nearest beach is approx. 15 minutes away, the airport 25 minutes. Both the far north and south are 60 minutes away.
