The living room is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV with Netflix, a large open plan dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen has a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery and flatware for 6 guests. Bedroom 1 has a large bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub. Bedroom 2 and 3 have a double bed The second bathroom has a sink and shower and the toilet has its own room. After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges. Security deposit is required and will be requested 48 hours before your check-in date. For long-term bookings, a security deposit and a signed rental agreement are required.
