Towels: ● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. ● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee. For stays longer than 7 days: The first additional towel request is free of charge. The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Cleaning Request: ● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. ● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Pet Policy We welcome small dogs (under 13 kg) upon approval. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets. Approval Process: Please provide details about your dog's breed and size for pre-approval. Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for potential damages or extra cleaning. Guest Responsibility: Dogs must be house-trained, well-behaved, and considerate of neighbors. ✔ Late Check-out Policy: A 30-minute grace period is allowed after the official check-out time (11 a.m.). Beyond that, a late check-out fee applies. ✔ Security Deposit for Long-Term Stays: For extended stays, a deposit and a signed rental agreement are required. ✔ Damage & Extra Guest Policy: Any damage or stains on the furniture, as well as unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
