Other Things to Note: To protect our community, we may request a copy of your ID and a deposit which will be charged in the case of a house rules violation. For mid and long-term bookings, a security deposit and a rental agreement are necessary. Events, parties, gatherings in a larger number of the guests than the ones in the reservation are not allowed. Should this happen, we are entitled to terminate the reservation with immediate effect with no reimbursement. Unless agreed, check-out is at 11am. We offer late check-out options whenever possible, so feel free to contact us. Smoking is forbidden in the property or premises of the building. In the event a guest smokes in the property, the property will require a much deeper cleaning and we may have to keep the property empty for 24H/48h to remove any traces of the smell. Should this occur, we may request you a surcharge. Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome small dogs (under 13 kg)! Approval is required to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. Here’s what you need to know: Pets Accepted: Small dogs under 13 kg only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets.
