The Blue Room is about 14 m²
Located at the North side, next to the road. From 7 pm on, noice hinder is minimal (with open windows). This room has carpet, blinds, shutters (too make it dark), a fly screen, controleable radiator. A single bed and a foldeable setee/seatcorner as a 2nd bed, a desk, a wardrobe. The bathroom and the room are separeted, both on the first floor.
Big entrance with storage for shoes and jackets.
There is central heating & WIFI troughout the house.
A covered bicycle shed. Fully equiped kitchen.
You will share the bathroom, with the other student;
Busstop and shops are nearby (Lidl, Aldi, Kruidvat, Action, ... )
Treinstation "nekkerspoel" and "Thomas Moore University" is at 10 min.
For forreign students,
- as a service, we are prepared to get you from the nearest station or airport (Charleroi, for a small travel fee).
- do not overload yourself with pillows & covers, pots and pans ; everything is available. Bare in mind, Belgium has not always the hottest of climates ;-)
- there is a cat present but she is not coming in the studentrooms.
I am also living in the house, i have my own bathroom. If you have any questions, do not bother asking :-)
