Vanaf 1810 tot 1845 is het Convento in bezit geweest van Eugenio di Beauharnais, zoon van de eerste echtgenote van Napoleon Bonaparte: Joséphine de Beauharnais. Sinds 1868 is het ex. Convento in bezit van de huidige eigenaren: de familie Tagnani. Het pand dateert van 1714 en heeft jarenlang dienst gedaan als hoofdvestiging van het agrarisch bedrijf maar ook als zomerverblijf voor de latere monniken van Fonte Avallana. In de indeling van het pand is dit gebruik duidelijk terug te vinden. Het voorname gebouw, dat in een fraai heuvellandschap ligt met zicht op de Appenijnen, heeft een vierkante vorm met grote binnenplaats en twee torens op beide hoeken van de voorgevel. Op de begane grond bevinden zich de voormalige werkruimtes van het agrarische bedrijf en de fraaie kapel van het ex. Convento. Op het direct omliggende terrein van ongeveer 5000m2 staan nog enkele bijgebouwen. Indien gewenst kan tot 4 ha aangrenzende grond worden bijgekocht. Het representatieve pand is geschikt om meerdere appartementen in te realiseren. De hoofdstructuur van het pand is 15 jaar geleden met steun van de overheid volledig gerestaureerd.
