Fantastic new build villa close to beach, town and golf. Really thought out layout, very high standard and pretty much everything is included in the price. Cheap to run and no community fee. The little resort (22 villas) is located in a relatively new area on the outskirts of Los Alcazares. However, there are both restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Los Alcazares old town and beaches are only 15 min walk from the villa. It is also very close to La Serena Golf - only 10-15 min walk to the clubhouse.
