STRUCTURE The planned intervention consists in the construction of a building with one floor completely above ground with a flat roof and one partially underground. The residence was designed with the utmost care in its interior and exterior design, thus the building presents the optimal orientation from which each residence can benefit, both from an energy and distribution point of view. The house is exposed to the east to obtain bright and comfortable environments. It is possible to filter and regulate daylight and privacy through sliding sunscreens, which make the facades alive and dynamic. Inside we find, on the upper floor, a kitchenette with relative dining area and a living room, while on the lower floor there are three bedrooms. The project also provides for the construction of a sauna and gym area. The building meets all the most stringent anti-seismic and safety structural parameters. MATERIALS Particular attention has been paid to each phase of the design, with care in the design of every detail and in the choice of the best materials. The supporting structure is made in c.a. with external brick closures with high thermal and acoustic performance. Furthermore, the plan includes the construction of a space accessible only from the outside, in order to completely isolate the house. The roof will be flat, inclined by 1% to allow rainwater to flow through correctly. The facades of the basement will be covered with local natural stone, while the upper floor will be plastered. All the elevations will be characterized by large windows made with aluminum structures with triple glazing, thus providing greater bioclimatic and acoustic comfort. The sunscreens, made of aluminum or wood, allow for the rooms to be darkened.
