This apartment is located in the lowest row and therefore right on the edge of the complex, you can reach the direct path to the fine sandy beach through a gate just 20 meters away. This vacation complex is organized in such a way that the administration maintains the green areas and the streets and together with the garbage fee and the water the monthly charge amounts to 70 €.According to the land registry extract, this apartment is 60 m² in size, but the living area is approximately 55 m² and the terrace has the same floor area.
