We have 9 private new furnished rooms in a house over 4 floors, comprising hall, 3 bathroom shower and 4 toilets , a fully equipped kitchen in common situated on the groundfloor of the house . The attribution of the rooms is obviously tributary of the availabilities of the moment. The rooms (+- 12 m2) comprise: bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains (type Ikea, ...).We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a clean pillow and a duvet at your arrival . Wireless internet is included in the rent. There is a laundry shop in the street and also some shops . A regular cleaning of the common pats of the house ( floors and stairs ) is done every 2 weeks. The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant .( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office +- 100euro inventory in and +-100 euro inventory out ) There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year ). Les charges ne sont pas incluses dans le prix du loyer (135€ de charges) et comprennent eau, électricité, chauffage, internet, assurances, nettoyage hebdomadaire de toute la maison. N'hésitez pas à m'envoyer une demande de réservation avec une courte description de vous (occupation, age, nationalité etc) et j'accepterai votre demande avec plaisir si vous correspondez à la colocation. Nous vous envoyons le contrat juste après la réservation sur la plateforme et vous avez 48h pour le lire et nous le renvoyer signé. Nous nous réservons le droit d'annuler la réservation si nous ne recevons pas le contrat à temps.
