Le duplex c'est comme une petite maison à deux façades et sur deux niveaux : le deuxième et le troisième. Le duplex a beaucoup d'âme. Il fait 110m2 : au premier étage se trouvent le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine (entièrement équipée) et la terrasse (orientée au sud, lumineuse, grande). A l'étage supérieur se trouvent les 3 chambres et la salle de bain. La chambre comprend : lit DOUBLE (160cm, location pour une seule personne), armoire, étagères, table, chaise.
