In this kitchen, each tenant has a private cabinet with fridge, cutlery, pans and pots and dish ware. There is also a TV room, a gym, a laundry , and a garden with barbecue. Some rooms have a private bathroom + toilet, some share it. Room 06 in Solbosch house is located on the first floor streetside. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the room next door. The room is not furnished so please contact us for more info regarding furnitures. There are black-out curtains to ensure a good night sleep. The room is 12sqm. 🍽️ ONLY WITH US, each housemate gets their own private fridge, a private cupboard, (closed with your key) and also private dishes provided. Move-in/out: Hassle-free with walk-throughs available for 50€ each. ⚠️Contract Flexibility: Start on the 1st or 16th of each month, with bimonthly payments.
