- A passport and/or a CIN (work permit if applicable) valid

Fulfill the following condition:
- the gross monthly salary must represent 2 times the monthly rent

Other conditions to fulfill before handing over the keys:
- Pay 2 months of deposit excluding charges
- Pay the first month's rent including charges
