Our beautifully restored 200-year-old Mas nestles in the valley near the charming village of Beaumes-de-Venise and offers a spectacular garden and a sandy-colored swimming pool, overlooking the surrounding vineyards and the famous Mont Ventoux. Just an hour from Marseille airport and less than half an hour from the Avignon TGV station. This Provençal Mas, with its courtyard, various gardens, and large stone swimming pool, is approximately 450 m² and sits on 2.5 hectares of private grounds featuring truffle oaks, an olive grove, cherry and apricot trees. All of this is situated in a beautiful green landscape, even despite the summer heat, thanks to the irrigation canal that surrounds the property.
