In this kitchen, each tenant has a private cabinet with fridge, cutlery, pans and pots and dish ware. There is also a TV room, a gym, a laundry , and a garden with barbecue. Some rooms have a private bathroom + toilet, some share it. Room 05, 1st Floor, 14m2, street side. The room shares a toilet + bathroom with room 06. The room is not furnished so please contact us for more info regarding furnitures. There are black-out curtains to ensure a good night sleep. The room is 18sqm. 🍽️ ONLY WITH US, each housemate gets their own private fridge, a private cupboard, (closed with your key) and also private dishes provided. Move-in/out: Hassle-free with walk-throughs available for 50€ each. ⚠️Contract Flexibility: Start on the 1st or 16th of each month, with bimonthly payments.
