A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. Please don't worry, as this won't be an actual charge on your card but rather a pre-authorization. We'll send you a payment link with all the necessary information to make the deposit 2 days prior to your stay. If your stay is less than 2 days away, we'll send it to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges. Security deposit: A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due before check-in. It is refunded in full up to 15 working days after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in good condition, all keys are handed back and no amounts remain outstanding.
