The rooms (+- 12-15 m2) comprise: bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains .We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a clean pillow and a duvet at your arrival . Wireless internet is included in the rent. There is a washing machine and dryer in the house. A regular cleaning of the common parts of the house ( floors and stairs ) is done every 2 weeks. The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant .( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office +- 100 euro inventory in and +-100 euro inventory out ) There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year ).
