The room is spacious (16m2) and bright, fully furnished, in a beautiful ‘maison de maître’ in a quiet neighborhood of Ixelles next to Av. Louise and close to Bascule, Bois de la Cambre, ULB / VUB, Place Flagey and Châtelain. The flat is a large duplex (110m2) on a first floor (“Belle étage”), with a small picturesque garden. It is perfectly located, close to numerous restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. There is a very good connection to public transport (tram & bus) that will take you very quickly to the city center or the European quarter. You share the flat with only one other person. Respect and good communication are essential. The atmosphere in the house is cosy and relaxed, but also serene, making it an ideal place for people who enjoy peace and tranquility, or want to concentrate on their work or studies. Rent/cost: 680 € including heating, electricity, water, gas, insurance, fast internet and washing machine... Not including cleaning costs: about 40 €/month and collective purchases.
