It is approximately 14sqm. The bathroom and the toilet are en suite and shared with the room next door . The room is equipped with a single bed, bedside table, a desk, a chair, and a wardrobe. All rooms are equipped with black-out curtains. ONLY WITH US, each housemate gets their own private fridge, a private cupboard, (closed with your key) and also private dishes provided. ⚠️ Practicalities, we always ask a deposit of two months rent. Move in and out walk throughs each cost 50€.
