We have a house situated in Ixelles where we have 5 flats on 5 different floors . Each floor has a seperate flat who comprise 3 private furnished rooms and a shared bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen .The rooms (+- 13 and +- 16 m2) comprise: bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, armchair, library, hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp (type Ikea, Trendhopper...).We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans. Wireless internet is included in the rent. We also have a washing machine and dryer in the house which is available for the tenants . The rooms are clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way. This room is on -1 level and has no window here so it's a room for short stay (hidden) months ) You have a sink in your room and a toilet just next to your room and you can take a shower in the shared bathroom groundfloor . The kitchen is to be shared with 3 other tenants and the bathroom with one other tenant. From the kitchen you have access to the wooden terrace . In this room you can't register because that is only allowed in case you stay longer then 6 months . We do an inventory in and out of this room where we charge 50 euro /inventory and which needs to be paid separate. General environment is convivial and sympathetic, the atmosphere is made by E.U.trainees and students of various European nationalities.
