Le rdc est composé d'un grand salon confortable, d'une salle à manger agréable et lumineuse avec vue sur le Jardin. Un salon tv offrant un vaste choix de chaines thématiques vous donnant l’embarra du choix pour vos soirées popcorn. Une grande cuisine équipée avec des espaces individuels pour chacun. Une buanderie avec machines à laver et sèche-linges en libre accès. La maison comporte un grand jardin calme et une terrasse le tout situé plein sud. La maison se situe en face de Rive gauche à une minute à pied de la place verte et du quai 10, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et à proximité de tous les commerces. Le prix de nos chambres varie de 400 à 450 euros en fonction de leur superficie. The ground floor features a large, comfortable living room, a bright and pleasant dining room with a view of the garden, and a TV lounge with a wide selection of themed channels—perfect for movie nights. You’ll also find a large fully equipped kitchen with individual storage spaces for each tenant, plus a laundry room with washing machines and dryers available for free use. The house has a large, quiet garden and a south-facing terrace. Located right opposite Rive Gauche, one minute’s walk from Place Verte and Quai 10, five minutes’ walk from the train station, and close to all shops and amenities.
